Wigan have signed winger Scott Sinclair on a season-long loan from Chelsea.

The 20-year-old helped Birmingham gain promotion to the Premier League with a loan spell at St Andrew's in the second half of last season.

He has previously had temporary stints at Plymouth, QPR, Charlton Athletic and Crystal Palace.

"Scott is a fantastic talent who can play up-front or wide," boss Roberto Martinez told the Wigan website. I'm delighted to have him join us."
